Tired of the dreary, rainy, cold, or snowy weather? Some of us struggle with depression, especially during the winter season.
Use a sun lamp, tan indoors, find a fun hobby, put on those clothes and talk a walk no matter what the weather is like, spend quality time with loved ones. These are just a few things that I found to help me. I was diagnosed as a seasonal depressant approximately 15 years ago and I understand how you feel!
