Change is good

Stuck in a rut? Tired of the same old, same old?

Do you feel you’re stuck in a relationship that’s going nowhere?

Do you feel you’re stuck in a dead end job?

Life does not have to be stuck anywhere! No more ruts, no more relationships that are going nowhere, and no more dead end jobs!

Why not change? Change can be a good thing!

Don’t be afraid to take on a new challenge! Set goals for yourself. Start simple. Start with daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals, set a goal for a year from now, then set a goal for 5 years from now. Write them down and keep track of how you’re doing. Just don’t be disappointed in yourself if you miss a goal. Keep working toward those goals! You can also change your goals as time goes on. What works for you?

Change that relationship! You might be asking, “How?” If you’re dating or married, ask yourself these questions: “What brought you to like the person in the 1st place?” “What was the thing that changed?” “Is this relationship worth saving?” “If so, how can we make it work?” “Are you bored with the relationship?” “Is your partner bored with the relationship?” Don’t be afraid to go on dates and do things you did before you got bored with the relationship. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to seek professional help.

Change the job if you’re bored with it, tired of it, don’t feel appreciated at work, etc… If you find a job you like to do, then it won’t seem like a drag to go to work, you will still be motivated to work even if you are having a bad day. Make new friends at work if others put you down or you don’t feel appreciated. Ignore those that make you feel disrespected at work! Do you’re best and be happy at work!

CHANGE IS GOOD!! BE THE CHANGE!!
