Clear the clutter!

Clear the clutter to be healthier and happier! Clutter in our life tends to make us unhappy and, in some cases, unhealthy.

What is clutter? How do I clear the clutter?

Clutter can be things lying around the house, things in our mind, or just our life in general.

Clutter in our home can make us unhealthy. Too many things lying around the home can attract bugs or rodents, can become moldy, or become a safety hazard while we are simply walking around the house.

Clear the clutter in your home by donating things you are not using to a charity or homeless shelter. Every few months I go through my closet and donate items that I have outgrown, may have a slight tear, may need a button, or that I haven’t worn in a while. Recently, I cleaned out my closet, china cabinet, kitchen cabinets and donated items that I don’t need.

Clear the clutter in your mind by getting rid of the negativity, the thoughts of worthlessness, and stop worrying about things you can’t control. Start thinking positive, remain positive through the good and bad, read healthy materials, watch movies that make you feel good. Most of all don’t listen to people that criticize you and make you feel worthless.

If you can’t find the time to clear the clutter around the house yourself, don’t be ashamed to ask for help. Ask a friend, a family member or hire an outside source to help you clear the clutter!

If you can’t find the time to clear the clutter in your mind… PLEASE MAKE TIME! It’s worth it!!
