Let’s talk!! We, as women, need to find our inner happiness and not count on others to make us happy. You might ask me, “How do I find inner happiness?”
Do something for yourself every day! Ideas include: write in a journal, invite a friend for coffee or drinks, take a walk in the park, volunteer at a local animal shelter, paint your nails, try a different hairstyle, or just sit quietly and reflect.
Find something that makes you feel good!
Don’t be afraid to try something new! You might like it!!
